Visual In Store | MAX

We are looking for a Visual in Store for our MAX&Co. Flagship Store in London
.

This role is key to elevating the overall customer experience by ensuring high-impact visual displays that reflect Brand identity, product storytelling, and company standards.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with a deep understanding of visual merchandising principles and the ability to translate brand guidelines into inspiring in-store executions.

• Executing all visual merchandising activities within the timelines defined by the Visual Merchandising Manager.
• Constantly monitoring product performance to evaluate the impact of visual strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Providing structured and regular feedback to the Visual Merchandising Manager on store needs, product presentation, customer flow, and visual priorities.
• Collaborating with the management team to plan and execute visual events, window changes, and new product launches.
• Ensuring a high standard of organization, tidiness, and presentation across all visual areas to enhance the overall store atmosphere.
• Maintaining full alignment with Brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints.
• Coordinating with stockroom and sales teams to ensure timely availability of products required for visual changes.

• Previous experience in visual merchandising, ideally within the fashion or luxury retail industry.
• Strong understanding of visual principles, product storytelling, and brand identity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with managers and store teams.
• Creative mindset with an exceptional eye for aesthetics, colour balance, product placement, and detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent spoken and English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
• Versatility, flexibility, and strong team spirit.
