KOKODOO is opening its first‑ever flagship — a contemporary space built around minimalist design and Korean fried chicken done properly. We’re assembling a team that takes pride in great service, clean execution, and a strong work ethic.

We’re hiring Team Members who can rotate across both Front of House and Back of House roles. You’ll be the face of the brand and the hands behind the craft — delivering a smooth, consistent guest experience every time.

• Serve guests with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism
• Prepare and cook our signature Korean fried chicken to a consistent high standard
• Support daily operations across FOH and BOH
• Maintain a clean, organised working environment
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and brand guidelines
• Work collaboratively to keep service running smoothly during busy periods

• Strong communication and a positive, team‑first mindset
• Ability to adapt between FOH and BOH tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
• Previous QSR/hospitality experience is helpful but not required
• A natural fit for a modern, minimalist, design‑driven brand
