As a Barista, you’ll be a key part of the customer experience — welcoming people into the store, offering helpful service, and ensuring every visitor leaves with a smile.
- Create Great Experiences:
Greet customers warmly, share product knowledge, and help them find what they’re looking for — always with a focus on friendly, attentive service. - Stay Present on the Floor:
Be approachable, alert, and ready to help — whether it’s answering a question or recommending a new blend. - Support Daily Tasks:
Assist with basic store duties like restocking, tidying displays, and keeping things running smoothly. - Work as a Team:
Communicate clearly with teammates and be flexible to support the needs of the store throughout your shift. - Champion the Brand:
Help make sure the store is clean, inviting, and aligned with the Café Pod brand experience.
