Store Associate (Zero Hour Contract)

We are looking for a Store Associate to join our London team. If you are looking for an extra gig with flexibility, or a student wanting a job to combine with studies, we are searching for someone that has a flexible schedule and can be available to work on demand, including weekdays, weekends, peak sales periods, holidays, and absences.

• Create a memorable shop floor experience with genuine customer service.
• Keep the store space fresh and representative.
• Connect with and build long‑term relations with key customers.
• Visual merchandising.
• Support stockroom with deliveries, transfers, stock takes and keep stock system data updated.
• Cash desk transactions and opening/closing procedures.
• Support product launches, content shoots and activations where appropriate/requested.

• At least 1 year of experience in retail.
• Excellent knowledge of sneakers, streetwear and current trends.
• Strong sales skills and a genuine interest in customer service.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Emphasizes honesty, punctuality and always staying professional.
• Flexible and adaptive to rapid changes.
• Fluent in the local language.
