Are you an experienced Butcher with a passion for quality produce and exceptional customer service? We’re looking for skilled butchers to join a luxury retail environment, working with premium cured and smoked meats, including pork, in one of London’s high-end stores.
The role- Handling, cutting, and preparing cured and smoked meats
- Confidently working with pork products
- Delivering outstanding customer service in a luxury retail setting
- Maintaining excellent hygiene, presentation, and food safety standards
- Proven experience as a butcher
- Strong skills in meat handling, cutting, and preparation
- Experience with cured and smoked meats (including pork)
- Confidence engaging with customers and providing a premium service
- Highly skilled and detail-oriented
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
- Comfortable working in a high-end retail environment
