Overview

Our client is a high end Jewellery company based in Central London. They are seeking an experienced Stock Control Coordinator for their head office. The Stock Control team plays a crucial role in their operational business by overseeing daily stock control operations and ensuring that all stock procedures and Audit requirements are respected. As a Stock Control Coordinator, you will be responsible to support the overall business regarding Stock and Administration functions.

Responsibilities
  • Stock Management
  • Safes:

    Inventoryandorganisation.
  • Responsibletocoordinatestockcontroloperations.
  • Monitoringstockmovements:preparationandallocation(stores,meeting,exhibitions).
  • Stockcontrol:
  • Planner&organiserofstockinventory&investigationifneeded.
  • Overseeandtrackthestockin-transitreceipt.
  • Alertingkeymanagementwhenhighlevelofstockmovementisactioned.
  • Coordinatesafe-transitpracticewithkey

    Management

    Teams.
  • Keepinventoryrecords.
  • SAP:

    Responsiblethatthephysicalstockisalignedwiththestockinformatically.
  • Processesandprocedure:
  • Challengeandimproveprocesseswhennecessary.
  • Implementnewprocesses–leadandcoordinatewiththedifferentteams.

Experience and professional competencies
  • Background in Jewelleryorinluxuryismandatory
