Overview
In short, As an Associate Store Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving and supporting retail initiatives to enhance operational excellence within our retail stores. Your responsibilities will include team development and performance management, overseeing inventory management, leading change management efforts, and crafting effective communications. This position offers the opportunity to shape and build our retail landscape, setting a strong foundation for the future.
Qualifications- You have 3+ years of relevant work experience in retail and leading teams; experience in the sports industry is a plus.
- You have a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and coordinate cross-functional teams from start to finish.
- You possess an entrepreneurial growth mindset, and you are adept at problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- You speak both English and German fluently.
