Perfect Ted is entering a new phase of growth across retail, grocery, and convenience.
We’re hiring a Trade Marketing Manager (Retail) to drive brand visibility, awareness, and conversion in-store — bringing our challenger energy to life at shelf.
You’ll lead the creation of distinctive, innovative retail campaigns and partnerships that get noticed, ensuring Perfect Ted stands out.
Working closely with our Marketing Managers (OOH, International, and Brand) and our distributor network, you’ll help roll out best-in-class retail activations not only in the UK but across key global markets.
This is a high-impact, creative, and commercially driven role for someone who loves blending strategy and execution — from concept to in-store launch.
Key Responsibilities- Retail Activation Strategy – Develop and deliver the annual retail marketing plan, driving awareness and conversion across grocery and convenience.
- Distinctive Campaigns & Partnerships – Create and execute new, innovative in-store campaigns and retailer partnerships that cut through and strengthen Perfect Ted’s distinctiveness.
- In-Store Execution Excellence – Oversee POS design, sampling, merchandising, and shopper activations to ensure Perfect Ted wins at shelf.
- Global Collaboration – Partner with the International Marketing Manager and distributors to adapt and roll out trade activations internationally.
- Performance & Insight – Track ROI, shopper behaviour, and competitor activity to continuously optimise retail marketing performance.
- 5–6 years’ experience in trade or shopper marketing within FMCG (retail focus).
- Proven success delivering impactful in-store campaigns with top UK retailers.
- Ability to create campaigns that feel fresh, disruptive, and on-brand.
- Strong project management and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Hands-on, agile operator who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience across both grocery and convenience channels.
- International exposure or experience working with distributor partners.
- Previous experience in food, drink, or wellness brands.
