The RoleReporting to the EMEA Inventory Manager
, you’ll be responsible for maintaining tight control over inventory activity across remote plants and third-party warehouses throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
You’ll work at the heart of operations, ensuring financial accuracy, process integrity, and stock control standards across diverse international markets.
This is a role for someone methodical, analytical, and relentless about getting it right

- Managing inventory control standards across third-party co-packaging plants
- Processing detailed inventory transactions and reports within SAP
- Owning financial reconciliations (Month-End / Quarter-End / Year-End)
- Managing and recovering financial values related to stock losses
- Reviewing and negotiating inventory variances within expected deadlines
- Ensuring timely production, receipt, and sales postings
- Driving process adherence and improving inventory accuracy
- Working cross-functionally with finance, supply chain and external partners
- Reviewing production yield and wastage quarterly
- Supporting continuous improvement across EMEA operations
- A background in inventory control or supply chain management
- Advanced Excel skills and a data accuracy mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical, detail-driven, and methodical with experience in stock reconciliation
- Comfortable communicating across cultures and levels
- Able to operate in a fast-moving, non-corporate environment
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic
