Key Responsibilities- Provide a high level of customer service in line with brand standards
- Assist clients with styling advice and product recommendations
- Support the team in achieving daily and weekly sales targets
- Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Maintain excellent shop floor presentation and stock organisation
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for luxury fashion and styling
- Sales-driven with a proactive and positive attitude
- Eager to learn and grow within a luxury environment
