About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑driven Junior Account Manager to support the growth of Skin Cupid’s wholesale (B2B) business. This role sits at the intersection of retail operations, brand partnerships, and commercial execution.

You will support the day‑to‑day management of key retail partners and brand launches, ensuring seamless onboarding, accurate product setup, and strong operational performance across multiple channels. This is an execution‑focused role with exposure to major UK retailers and high‑growth beauty brands.

The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and commercially curious. Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to build a career in retail account management and wholesale operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience working with leading retailers, contribute to launch strategy, and develop a deep understanding of the B2B beauty market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retailer & Account Support: Support the day‑to‑day management of wholesale retail partners, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and timely execution of operational requirements.
  • Purchase Order & Delivery Coordination: Manage and oversee retailer purchase orders, track confirmations and delivery timelines, and liaise with logistics teams to ensure accurate and on‑time fulfilment.
  • Brand Onboarding & Launch Execution: Coordinate product setup, pricing, barcodes, and retailer onboarding documentation to ensure successful launches across online and offline wholesale accounts.
  • Inventory & Replenishment Support: Monitor sell‑through performance and stock levels, flag potential out‑of‑stock or overstock risks, and support replenishment planning in collaboration with Buying and Merchandising teams.
  • Sales & Performance Reporting: Assist with tracking account performance, maintaining commercial trackers, and preparing weekly and monthly performance summaries to support internal reviews.
  • Retailer Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all onboarding forms, compliance requirements, pricing submissions, and product data are completed accurately and on time.
  • Cross‑Functional Coordination: Work closely with Buying, Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing teams to align on launches, promotions, and inventory planning.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and build scalable processes as the wholesale business grows.
  • Marketing Liaison: Proactively identify retailer partner marketing opportunities for brands and coordinate accordingly to execute with both internal and external partners.
Essential Qualifications
  • 2‑4 years of professional experience in account management, retail operations, merchandising, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Experience working with retail partners or managing purchase orders is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and flag performance risks.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Commercial curiosity and an interest in understanding how wholesale and retail partnerships drive revenue.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to liaise effectively with external partners and internal teams.
  • High level of accountability, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and follow through to completion.
  • Proactive mindset with a solution‑oriented approach in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, and data trackers; familiarity with inventory systems or EDI processes is a plus.
  • Passion for beauty and retail; familiarity with Asian/Korean beauty is advantageous but not required.
