Job Description

Are you passionate about getting the right product to the right store at the right time? Do you thrive at the intersection of analytics, operations, and commercial impact?

We’re looking for a Retail Inventory (Allocation & Replenishment) Planning Manager to take ownership of inventory deployment across our retail store network, ensuring exceptional product availability while maintaining healthy inventory levels. This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine strategic policy ownership with hands‑on execution, driving allocation and replenishment performance, resolving complex exceptions, and continuously improving processes to maximise store availability and efficiency.

If you’re an analytically strong, operationally confident retail planner who enjoys influencing stakeholders and driving measurable results, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both
, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.

No relocation or visa assistance is offered for this position.

The closing date for all applications will be Thursday 26th February.

Core Responsibilities
  • Own allocation & replenishment policy across EMEA - Lead and evolve the policies that determine how stock flows to stores, ensuring the right balance between availability and efficiency.

  • Drive the successful transition to O9 (Q2 2026) - Embed a more automated allocation model, reduce manual intervention, and ensure the new system delivers measurable improvements.

  • Deliver against key retail inventory KPIs - Accountable for Store In-Stock %, Stock-out rate, Weeks of Supply, Excess inventory, Allocation accuracy and timeliness, and Exception resolution performance.

  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Retail and Supply Chain - Partner with Retail Leads, Distribution Managers, Demand Planning, Marketing, and Logistics to ensure inventory decisions support commercial priorities and product launches.

  • Own the weekly allocation and replenishment cycle - Ensure smooth execution across steady campaigns, seasonal peaks, and high-demand launches, resolving issues quickly when plans shift.

  • Drive continuous improvement and inventory efficiency - Proactively identify opportunities to optimise stock levels, improve allocation effectiveness, and strengthen policy governance as part of a broader regional and global scale‑up.

Do you have what it takes
  • Advanced Retail Allocation & Replenishment Expertise - Proven experience managing allocation and replenishment across a multi-store retail network, balancing availability with inventory efficiency.

  • Experience with Automated Planning Systems (e.g., O9 or equivalent) - Hands‑on experience with advanced allocation or supply planning systems, comfortable owning system logic and reducing manual intervention.

  • Ability to define and evolve inventory policies, leading decisions on thresholds, prioritisation, and exceptions.

  • Experienced in influencing Retail, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, and senior leadership to align inventory decisions with commercial priorities.

  • Strong data‑led approach, managing performance across key retail inventory KPIs and driving corrective action where needed.

  • Experience operating across global retail networks, managing weekly cycles, launches, seasonal peaks, and responding effectively when plans change.

  • Fluency in English both written and verbal.

Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. However, please note we do amend or withdraw our jobs and reserve the right to do so at any time, including prior to any advertised closing date. So, if you're interested in this role we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
