You’ll oversee performance across several sites, supporting teams to deliver strong operational standards, engaging merchandising, and excellent customer service. You’ll be a confident leader with retail management experience, ideally across multiple sites. Experience running a charity shop, reuse store, recycling retail outlet, or similar community‑focused environment would be highly beneficial.

Organised, commercially aware, and passionate about sustainability, you’ll enjoy developing teams and creating attractive retail spaces from pre‑loved and refurbished stock.
