, we’ve been proud to serve our local community and wholesale partners with fresh bagels, breads, and pastries made with care and tradition. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for passionate bakery professionals to join our team at our Gants Hill bakery.

We’re a community bakery with deep roots in London, known for quality products, teamwork, and a supportive working environment. Many of our team have been with us for years—we value people who care about their craft and their colleagues.

• Prepare and bake a range of breads, bagels, pastries, and baked goods
• Maintain high quality and food safety standards
• Work collaboratively in a busy, friendly bakery environment
• Help keep equipment and work spaces organised and efficient
• For supervisory roles: support team leadership, scheduling, and production planning

• Bakery or pastry experience (artisan, production, or retail bakery)
• Passion for baking and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Reliability, epositive attitude, and pride in your work
• Food safety knowledge is a plus
