Are you passionate about luxury skincare and exceptional customer experience? We're hiring!
Due to expansion, La Prairie is looking for dynamic Account Managers for key London flagship stores in early 2025. We would love to hear from candidates considering their next move in luxury beauty who would like to be considered for future Account Manager vacancies.
Our Account Managers have varied roles, including implementing effective weekly business plans and working towards maximizing retail performance targets. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with our existing clients and recruit new customers. Depending on the location, you may utilize our beauty room to enhance customer experience and host on/off counter events.
Main Responsibilities
- Achieve sales using La Prairie’s selling and training guidelines.
- Set weekly and monthly targets for the team and counter.
- Conduct traffic stops with new launches or marketing promotions.
- Listen to and identify customer needs.
- Invite every customer for a skincare consultation.
- Proactively organize external events to generate business.
- Ensure the counter is fully stocked and products are displayed per visual merchandising guidelines.
Applicants must demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (not essential but preferred).
- Experience providing high-quality skincare treatments to clients.
