Ready to dive into the exciting world of luxury beauty Retail Design? L’Oréal's Luxe division is seeking driven and passionate second‑year university students to join us for a year‑long industrial placement adventure. Starting on Monday, 29th June 2026, you'll be immersed in our vibrant White City, London office, working on prestigious brands and gaining invaluable experience.

Within Retail Design you will have the chance to unleash your creativity and design expertise! You'll contribute to creating stunning and engaging retail spaces for our luxury brands.

This includes everything from planning layouts, building 3D models to overseeing the installations and seeing your projects come to life.

In Addition To This, You Will
  • Become a brand champion:

    Develop in-depth knowledge of L’Oréal’s luxury brands, understanding their unique identities and target audiences.
  • Embrace collaboration:

    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing,visual merchandising,sales, supply chain, and finance.
  • Analyse and strategize:

    Utilize data toreview ROI and work on ongoing solutions to improve our counters.
  • Communicate with confidence:

    Share your ideas effectively, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
What You Bring To The L'Oréal Team
  • A passion for luxury beauty:

    Genuine enthusiasm for the industry and a desire to learn from the best.
  • Design Background:

    Whilst not mandatory, having a design background with knowledge of 3D/CAD software such as Sketchup is recommended.
  • Strong analytical thinking:

    Ability to interpret data,identify trends, and draw data-driven conclusions.
  • Excellent communication skills:

    Confidently build relationships and articulate your ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Proactive problem-solving:

    Eagerness to tackle challenges head‑on, find creative solutions, and think outside the box.
  • Exceptional organization:

    Manage your time effectively, prioritize competing tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility
  • Currently enrolled in your second year of university on a course allowing for a one-year industrial placement.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
