This is a full-time, on-site role for a Luxury Sales Associate at our London Southall location. The Luxury Sales Associate will assist customers in selecting custom-made diamond jewellery, provide personalised shopping experiences, and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities include offering expert product knowledge, processing sales transactions, maintaining the showroom’s appearance, and helping with inventory management. The individual will play a key role in delivering an exceptional and luxurious shopping experience to our clientele.

• Strong sales expertise, customer service skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to handle transactions accurately.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening abilities, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for high-end luxury products and knowledge of fine jewellery or diamonds is preferred.
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet sales targets.
• Previous luxury retail or jewellery sales experience is highly desirable.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
