At PVH, Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein, we are always looking for talented individuals to join us in our London Office, based in White City.

We are currently on the lookout for Retail Planning & Analytics Specialists to join our Retail team. This is a really exciting role for someone with an analytical mind and a planning/merchandising or analyst background!

• Support the end-to-end retail performance view, providing clear insight on sales, margin, conversion, productivity and stock efficiency.
• Develop and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly trading insight for Retail Leadership, highlighting risks, opportunities and key trade-offs.
• Partner closely with the VP Retail to support trade decisions, scenario planning and investment prioritisation.
• Provide analytical support, identifying where space, range or inventory changes can unlock performance.
• Translate complex data into simple, actionable recommendations for Hub North. You will
• Bridge the gap between central planning strategy and store-level execution reality.
• Partner with Retail Store Teams, conducting regular store visits to truly understand the needs of the business and teams you support.

• Someone with previous experience in retail analytics, branch planning, merchandising analysis or commercial finance.
• Strong analytical capability, with the confidence to work with complex data sets.
• You'll have the ability to tell a compelling story with data, adapting insight for different senior audiences.
• You'll have a proactive mindset - you look for patterns, not just answers to questions already asked.
• You'll have strong business acumen, understanding the levers that drive store performance.
• You'll have the confidence to operate close to senior leadership and influence decision-making at senior leadership level.
• You are comfortable working with ambiguity, shaping a role that evolves as the business grows, and balancing detail with strategic perspective.
