Join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract supporting the Central Planning Lead to deliver the end-to-end planning process across Fashion, Home & Beauty. You’ll help drive fully aligned sales and stock plans, ensuring combined Business Unit plans deliver against agreed strategic and commercial objectives.
Working cross-functionally from Merchandising and Marketing through to Product Development, Supply Chain and Space Planning, you’ll play a key role in coordinating planning activity, strengthening systems and reporting, and enabling a clear, consolidated FH&B view.
We’re looking for a commercially minded, results-focused planner with strong analytical skills and a collaborative approach to help power the next phase of our transformation.
To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

Your key accountabilities will include
- Monitor targets for made stock, intake, OTIF, cost of reductions and options management. Complete relevant data roll ups & collation to provide clear BU and C&H view on progress against targets, risks and opportunities.
- Support the BU Planning Manager by providing commercial information as required on trading activity e.g... Sale, promotional activity, seasonal planning, review summaries, weekly sales.
- Act as a central point of contact for issues relating to the merchandise planning and control process, including attribute management, IDL and RTW management.
- Assist in the planning and lockdown of each launch ensuring all issues are resolved with the Merchandisers. Monitor and report on OTIF, including status 3, ways vs targets and adherence to critical path.
- Complete the Commercial Review preparation as directed, providing the relevant analysis and commentary to the BU Planning Managers and Central Planning Lead.
Your skills and experience will include
- You will need to have good merchandising skills and a knowledge of IT systems and stock interdependencies.
- Strong numerical & analytical skills
- Identify risks, opportunities, and simplification of ideas
- Develop and enhance reporting tools and documentation.
- Provide data‑driven recommendations to optimise cost, availability, and performance.
