The RoleWe are seeking an organised and detail‑driven Stock Controller to join their NEW STORE OPENING. This is a hands‑on role combining stock management and operational support with clientelling and client communication, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both behind‑the‑scenes organisation and client interaction.
You will play a key role in ensuring stock accuracy, smooth product flow, and a seamless experience for clients throughout the purchase and aftercare journey.
Key Responsibilities Stock Control & Operations- Manage and maintain accurate stock records across all watch inventory
- Receive, check, and process incoming stock deliveries
- Coordinate transfers between locations and liaise with suppliers and brands
- Conduct regular stock counts and audits, investigating discrepancies
- Ensure secure storage and handling of high‑value timepieces
- Support order processing, packaging, and dispatch
- Assist with client communications regarding orders, availability, and deliveries
- Support the sales team with client follow‑ups and aftercare coordination
- Maintain accurate client records and contribute to CRM updates
- Help facilitate appointments, collections, and special client requests
- Ensure a smooth and professional client experience from purchase to delivery
- Maintain internal systems and documentation
- Support sales and e-commerce teams with stock‑related queries
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure operational excellence
- Previous experience in stock control, operations, or administration within luxury retail or premium goods
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable handling high‑value products
- Confident communicator with a client‑focused mindset
- Experience supporting clientelling or CRM activity preferred
- Reliable, proactive, and highly organised
- Passion for luxury watches or premium products is highly desirable
