Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours a week over 5 days

Job Summary: The Assistant Business Manager will support the Business Manager to deliver overall sales objectives, ensuring excellence of execution for their account. The role requires strong sales background and proven experience in beauty with high‑level make‑up artistry. The Assistant will represent the Business Manager when they are not in store and will motivate and manage the sales team.

• Support the Business Manager to coach and motivate the team to achieve monthly sales targets and maintain company benchmarks on ASP, sales mix and split.
• Build relationships with customers to influence sales and upsell.
• Lead by example – be a brand ambassador, protect the equity for Coty brands, adhere to company uniform and grooming guidelines and ensure the team does so.
• Use iPad for email, reporting and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain commercial awareness – Coty business performance, competitor activity and market share.

• Experience leading and supporting a team in beauty retail.
• Knowledge and experience in makeup artistry; skincare experience is desirable.
• Strong sales background with proven ability to manage targets.
• Ability to build strong relationships with Business Manager, Store Managers and Area Manager.
