Hours:

Tuesday & Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm;
Saturday: 7.30am - 1.00pm

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Part-Time Counter Assistant to join this family owned builders merchant at their team West Hampstead branch.

This role would suit someone with a genuine interest in Plumbing & Heating who is keen to gain hands-on experience in a busy trade environment. Whether you are developing your knowledge of the industry or already have experience working on a trade counter or in a similar retail setting.

• Assist customers with plumbing product inquiries and provide expert advice.
• Process orders accurately, handle invoicing, and manage payments efficiently.
• Replenish stock on the shop floor and participate in regular stock counts.
• Assist with deliveries to and from the store.
• Handle telephone inquiries effectively, maintaining clear communication with customers and colleagues.
• Respond positively and promptly to customer needs
