Optical Assistant

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, for an Optical Assistant. As an Optical Assistant, you will assist customers in selecting their eyewear, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure the seamless day-to-day operation of the store. Responsibilities include helping customers with frame fittings, guiding them through lens options, providing information about eye care, maintaining the retail area, and supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills to assist customers effectively
• Experience in Customer Service and a focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Basic understanding of Optometry or willingness to learn about eyewear and vision care
• Attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team
