• Sunday 0600‑1000
• Monday 0600‑1000
• Tuesday 0600‑1000

• Serve customers efficiently, both on the shop floor and at service points.
• Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring shelves are always stocked.
• Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities.
• Proactively engage customers to understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service throughout their visit.
• Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services.
• Utilise digital tools and communication channels, such as the Sparks App and in‑store devices, to enhance the customer experience.
