As part of its international expansion, LIVY is currently seeking a Flagship Sales Advisor to join its new boutique on New Bond Street. Deliver a unique and exceptional LIVY client experience:
Client Experience Responsibilities- Welcome each client and guide them through the discovery of the boutique and the brand universe.
- Share and embody the history, values and DNA of the LIVY Maison.
- Be attentive to clients’ needs and expectations.
- Curate silhouettes aligned with clients’ desires while highlighting the different collections.
- Build sincere and lasting relationships with clients.
- Drive client loyalty through a deep understanding of their personal style and personalised post‑purchase follow‑up.
- Develop the client database and encourage personalised appointments with our advisors.
- Represent the brand with commitment, acting as a true Brand Ambassador.
- Achieve the quantitative and qualitative targets set by Management.
- Analyse and monitor performance indicators (KPIs).
- Master the LIVY sales ceremony as well as the features and benefits of each product line.
- Share your passion for the brand and collections through inspiring storytelling.
- Maintain excellent stock management to optimise client advisory and service.
- Apply cash desk procedures with accuracy and rigour.
- Efficiently manage deliveries, stock movements and participate in rolling and bi‑annual inventories.
- Maintain a structured and fluid organisation, ensuring an impeccable client experience.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines.
- Create an environment aligned with luxury standards.
- Ensure at all times a flawless and refined visual presentation.
