Working hours:

40 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays.

You will support the Store Manager in leading a team of Retail Advisers, ensuring their fulfilment of potential.

• Deputise for the Store Manager.
• Support operational decisions for the store.
• Take responsibility for store management and team members.
• Coach, develop, and support staff.
• Act as go‑to for escalations.
• Place the customer experience at the forefront of all decisions.
• Ensure the store complies with FCA guidelines and company policies.
• Adhere to all regulatory and company guidelines.
• Participate in Vodafone’s security vetting process as required.
