In this role, you'll partner directly with Amazon's Retail Vendors — the brands and suppliers who sell their products wholesale to Amazon — and play an active role in driving their success on the platform. From identifying untapped growth opportunities to building strategic relationships with some of the world's biggest brands, you'll gain hands-on experience that goes far beyond the classroom.

Note:

You must have the right to work in the country of employment by the start date and for the entire internship period (12 months)

• Work with a small set of strategically important manufacturers who produce goods and then sell them to us as a retailer.
• Drive a positive Vendor experience by building and maintain a strong relationship to achieve mutual growth with unique solutions.
• Provide customized strategic business advice to Vendors to improve their overall business performance and grow their sales.
• Drive supply-chain operational excellence initiatives by reducing costs, defects, lead times, and by managing stock in our fulfillment centers.
• Take part in advertising campaigns and promotional activities such as Prime Day where you will help your brands generating sales and increase their traffic and improve conversion.

As a Business intern, you will be part of one of our product categories which go from books to fashion, electronics to grocery, movies and music to toys and health & beauty, and everything in between.

The EU Books team is part of Amazon's Retail organization, operating under a dynamic and collaborative environment where innovation and customer obsession are at the core of everything we do. The team is dedicated to managing and growing Amazon's Books category across Europe, working closely with a wide network of vendors and publishers to deliver an exceptional selection and experience for customers.

As a team, we focus on building strong vendor relationships, identifying strategic growth opportunities, and driving the Books business forward across multiple European marketplaces.
