We are currently recruiting a Temporary Bridal Seamstress/Fitter for our London store who will be responsible for delivering a unique shopping experience aligned to Pronovias standards, ensuring the achievement of sales goals.

• Follow up with the Alterations Manager the daily/weekly agenda to organise and have the dress ready for each appointment.

• Carry out the fittings according to the Pronovias Protocols, advising the customer regarding the alterations to be made on the gown and suggesting total look options by offering accessories.

• Carry out the alterations for each gown meeting Pronovias timing and quality standards.

• Register on the system all the alterations done each day.

• Ensure a proper store image by following the Pronovias image and visual standards.

We are looking for someone with consolidated experience in made to measure dressmaking, with strong hand & machine sewing skills. Knowledge of bridal or occasion wear is a plus.

It is also essential that you are a positive person, passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience, results oriented, a strong team player and a great problem solver.

You will also demonstrate excellent communication skills and knowledge of different languages is valued.
