Global Asset Protection & Loss Prevention Lead

The Asset Protection & Loss Prevention Lead role will report to the Head of Health, Safety and Security on the Global Real Estate Development team and supporting the Global Retail team. This position is responsible for building and scaling a global Asset Protection and Loss Prevention program across global retail. You will move the organization from reactive store-level practices to standardized, data-driven and scalable protection frameworks, covering theft, fraud, and operational losses.

You will work cross-functionally with Retail Operations, Technology, Finance, Legal, IP and external partners to implement solutions that protect the business while preserving our premium customer experience.

• 10+ years of experience in Retail Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, Retail Security, or related fields
• Experience working in multi-store, international, or fast-growing retail environments
• Knowledge of shrink reduction, theft prevention, fraud trends, and organized retail crime (ORC)
• Experience with retail security systems and controls including CCTV, EAS/RFID, and incident reporting platforms
• Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify trends and operational risks
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across multicultural teams and cross-functional stakeholders including Retail, HR, Legal, Finance, and Technology
