• Driving sales by working towards monthly boutique targets
• Building, nurturing, and maintaining long-lasting client relationships
• Becoming an expert in brand history and product knowledge
• Delivering an engaging and personalised selling ceremony to each client
• Tailoring CRM outreach campaigns to strengthen client loyalty
• Hosting exclusive private client appointments
• Upholding impeccable standards of grooming, presentation, and communication

• Previous experience in a luxury or premium retail brand
• Strong background in fast-paced retail environments
