Front desk Receptionist

As a studio receptionist, you’ll be the face of the brand and the first person our clients see when they enter the studio, so excellent communication and people skills are a must. You’ll need to be proactive, able to work well under pressure and will thrive on working in a vibrant environment with an interest in yoga and well‑being.

• A real people person with great communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
• Hospitality, retail or leisure experience or similar, sales experience.
• Organisational skills, ability to multi‑task and complete office administration, work as part of a team and independently.
• A positive attitude and friendly approach.

• Sales and customer service.
• Opening and setting up the studio before and after class and day‑to‑day oversight of the business.
• Communicating with studio members, answering their questions, and discussing and selling our various membership options, assessing the best option for each member.
• Office administration, working as part of a team and independently.
• Part of the role requires minor heavy lifting and some physical work.

• Hourly rate of £10/hr.
