Retail Assistant - Part Time, Evenings & Weekends

• Hours:
  
  20 hours across 4 days per week.
• Pay: £10.95 – £12.81 per hour, depending on age (Ages 16-20: £10.95; Ages 21+: £12.81).

• Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello.
• Help customers find the items that they are looking for.
• Give fast and friendly service at the tills, offering help to pack and leaving a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye.
• Handle stock with care while working deliveries, quickly placing products into freezers and onto shelves ready for customers.
• Work with the rest of your team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep our shops safe, clean and tidy.

• A friendly, positive, hard‑working approach to work.
• Enjoy being busy; able to jump between deliveries, till service, floor assistance, cleaning, and stock rotation.
• Be reliable and dependable for a small team, ensuring you do your best on each shift and do not let the team down.
• Have a bit of flexibility with shifts; you may be asked to work slightly different hours to cover for team members on holiday. Rotas are planned three weeks in advance and commitments outside of work are considered.
• Complete an Employment Verification check if successful and offered the advertised position.
