We are looking for friendly and reliable individuals aged 18 or older to volunteer in our Streatham charity shop. This role requires no prior experience; full training will be provided.

Please note:
This role is only suitable for applicants aged 18 and over. We seek people who enjoy working with others, are willing to learn, and want to make a positive impact in their community.

You may be interested in gaining work experience, meeting new people, or staying active in your local area.

• Undertaking shop related tasks agreed with the Manager, for example:
• Selecting, sorting, and pricing donated stock.
• Chatting with customers and providing great service at the till.
• Researching valuable and vintage stock.
• Visual merchandising: creating eye‑catching window and in‑store displays.
• Photographing and listing items for the online shop.
• This role may include occasionally lifting boxes. We prioritise a safe working environment and provide comprehensive health and safety training to all volunteers.

• Reliability and punctuality for your volunteering sessions.
• Full training and support are provided; no prior experience is required.
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with others.
