Loss Prevention Adviser

Responsibilities

• Work in Loss Prevention to keep customers, associates and assets safe.
• Collaborate with store team to protect product and assets through investigations, analysis and feedback.
• Deliver conflict resolution and maintain loss awareness via coaching, validation, influence and support.
• Handle external theft situations professionally and safely.
• Educate store associates on the Loss Prevention agenda and best practices.

• Experience dealing with shrink and crime resolution in a fast‑paced retail security environment (ideal but not essential).
• Self‑driven, engaging, resilient and focused.
• Ability to work customer‑facing and behind the scenes in stores.
