We are looking for a Part‑time Sales Consultant to join our King’s Cross team at the Coal Drops Yard shop, working 3 flexible days, including weekends. The shop, opened in October 2018, offers a unique retail experience that blends modern design with Victorian architecture by Heatherwick Studio.

• Deliver the Paul Smith sales ceremony: greet, discover, propose, close, and follow up.
• Build authentic relationships through curiosity and attentive listening.
• Bring collections and collaborations to life through engaging storytelling.
• Create memorable, above‑and‑beyond experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Meet and exceed personal sales targets, contributing to overall store performance.
• Take ownership of stock processes, including deliveries, transfers, and returns.
