• 5+ years' retail management experience, ideally in premium, luxury, or high-volume environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of hitting targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative and empowering approach to managing teams.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
