The Role:

As the Visual Experiences Specialist, you’ll be a key creative and operational partner for HOKA’s retail and wholesale presence across EMEA. You’ll elevate the brand in multi‑brand environments, deliver premium seasonal experiences, and ensure HOKA is presented consistently and commercially across all channels. Working closely with the Visual Experiences Manager, you’ll bring brand storytelling to life through owned retail, showrooms, and wholesale channels, supporting the creation of seasonal toolkits, regionalized campaigns, and tailored visual solutions for diverse partners.

Impact:
  • Support HOKA brand standards across EMEA retail, wholesale, and showrooms
  • Set up regional seasonal showrooms ahead of wholesale sell-in, aligning with stakeholders on creative solutions and merchandising needs
  • Assist in developing creative solutions for EMEA windows, manage production and implementation, and ensure global alignment across retail, trade, and distributors
  • Stay current on window design and industry trends
  • Uphold merchandising standards and roll out guidelines and training programs seasonally
  • Manage administrative tasks to keep VE and showroom budgets in line
  • Build strong relationships with local sales and trade teams
  • Support opening processes and sampling for new SIS and pop-ups in EMEA wholesale and distributor channels
  • Develop VM trainings and brandbooks for seasonal executions
  • Support showroom design, installation, and seasonal set-up, elevating brand-defining moments at sell-in
  • Manage production and shipping of props for showrooms and create seasonal merchandising guidelines
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, and distributor marketing teams to ensure brand standards
  • Cooperate with VE Manager to develop creative solutions for EMEA windows, aiming for global alignment and designing EMEA‑specific concepts as needed
  • Manage regional in‑store merchandising strategy, supporting commercial goals and key ignition moments
  • Create and oversee seasonal floor plans, provide feedback, and support visual presentation for new store openings
  • Manage VE training programs across retail, wholesale, and distributor channels, developing training tools and coaching partners
  • Maximize sales potential through visual merchandising and training, ensuring compliance to global or regional briefs
