We are Looking For Visual Merchandisers ( Visual Commercial) – London Full-time | In-store role

We are looking for a hands‑on Visual Merchandiser (Commercial) to join our team in London.

This is a fast‑paced, store‑based role where you will be responsible for bringing product to life on the shop floor
, driving sales through strong visual execution and reacting quickly to trading needs.

• Merchandising the store in line with company guidelines and commercial priorities
• Driving the visibility of new collections and key products
• Using layouts, tables, mannequins and fixtures to create strong visual impact in store
• Planning and adapting daily, weekly and seasonal merchandising
• Reviewing sales and commercial reports to adjust product placement and maximise performance
• Monitoring product availability and working closely with managers on stock needs and priorities
• Keeping up to date with trends and competitor activity

• Fully hands‑on on the shop floor — moving product, remerchandising, and reacting to trade
• Fast‑paced environment with constant change and quick decision making
• Close collaboration with store management, stock teams and sales teams
• A balance of creative thinking and commercial decision‑making

• Experience in fashion retail or visual merchandising
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of customer behaviour
• A natural eye for visual presentation and detail
• Someone who is proactive, organised and comfortable working at pace
