Stockroom Assistant

Full‑time Stockroom Assistant position at our Flagship Store on Kings Road. The role involves supporting the sales team, organising incoming deliveries, maintaining the stockroom, ensuring the shop floor is always presented, taking accurate stock counts and reporting key performance indicators. A positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering an excellent customer experience are essential.

• Ensuring proper receipt of new deliveries (unpacking, sorting, labelling, scanning and storage).
• Monitoring the transfer procedures between stores and head office to ensure smooth running and an accurate stock file.
• Maintaining high standards of stockroom housekeeping, guaranteeing optimal organization.
• Carrying out quality control checks on inbound stock to ensure products meet high quality standards.
• Keeping the shop floor presented; replenishing stock on the floor in a timely way while responding to fitting‑room requests.
• Taking stock counts with 100 % accuracy, reporting discrepancies promptly, working toward KPIs and flagging low stock items.
• Collaborating with the Store Manager and Merchandising team to raise efficient adjustments that optimise stock packages.
• Acting as a true RIXO ambassador, supporting the sales process end‑to‑end with in‑depth product knowledge.
• Accepting a flexible schedule, including late shifts, weekends and holidays.

• Previous experience in a retail stock role, preferably in fashion or luxury.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
