We are currently recruiting for a Suit Specialist to join a renowned heritage menswear brand at their store in Brent Cross, London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a tailoring-focused retail professional to join a brand known for its craftsmanship, quality fabrics, and timeless British style.

As a Suit Specialist, you will deliver a highly personalised and consultative service, guiding clients through the full tailoring journey-from fit and fabric selection to styling and finishing touches.

You will play a key role in elevating the in-store experience, ensuring every client receives expert advice and leaves with a product that reflects both quality and individuality.

• Provide expert fitting and styling advice across suiting and formal wear
• Deliver a personalised, one-to-one customer experience
• Build long-term relationships with clients and encourage repeat business
• Support made-to-measure and alterations processes
• Maintain high standards of product presentation and store environment
• Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets
• Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the heritage and values of the business

• Previous experience in menswear, tailoring, or formal wear retail
• Strong understanding of suit fitting, fabrics, and garment construction
• Passion for craftsmanship and classic menswear styling
• Excellent interpersonal and clienteling skills
