Position Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for 3 Store Manager roles in a London based Supermarket. The Group is devoted to providing a wide selection of quality and fashionable foodstuffs, as well as traditional and popular street cuisine, by developing a "Daily One-stop Shop" model.
ResponsibilitiesAs manager, you will be in charge of all retail operations, maintain practice and Health & Safety policies inside the shop, and assist with employee inductions and coaching.
Qualifications- Working experience as a store manager is a plus.
- Leadership and development experience.
- Self-discipline, planning, and problem-solving abilities are all excellent.
- A customer‑centric approach.
- General store management and guidelines are well‑understood.
- Not averse to focusing attention.
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in a retail setting.
- Outstanding communication abilities.
- You must be legally permitted to work in the United Kingdom.
