Power Leisure Bookmakers Ltd (UK Branch) is looking for a Customer Service Team Leader based in Greater London. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they enjoy their experience in our retail shops. You will welcome visitors, promote Paddy Power offers, and create an engaging atmosphere for betting.
Your key tasks will include assisting customers with their bets, maintaining high retail standards, and stepping in to manage shop operations when the Shop Manager is unavailable. The role offers a competitive salary along with performance bonuses.
