- Strong customer focus and ability to deliver outstanding customer experience.
- Confident leadership inspiring team to deliver results.
- Proven track record managing similar size store and team.
- Creative approach, effective communication, and solution-driven mindset.
Salary of £30,909 per annum, along with a bonus scheme, generous employee discount and uniform allowance.
