Availability Window:

Minimum guaranteed 16 hours per week; option for as low as 12 hours.

• Know your customers and serve them with passion and pride, giving great natural service
• Be passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within the store
• Work across the store in the service, picking and replenishment areas where required
• Put into practice the training you have received, so the staff work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly
• Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines in store that meet customers' needs at the right time
• Take part in seasonal, community and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere
• Be knowledgeable about store performance, understand your part and drive service and sales, reduce waste and shrink, deliver profit
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in best condition

• Accept deliveries into the store when required

Eligible to work from 10:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.

Must be over 18 to apply.

Could work before 6:15am or after 9:45pm, and in roles such as warehouse, bakery, or driving, requires candidates over 18.
