Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, but you can also work part‑time from 12 hours if that suits you.

We schedule contracted hours within the availability windows and will give you three weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability closely matches the advertised times, we would still love to hear from you.
