Position

Store Supervisor (perm, full‑time) - Battersea, London

Overview

We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Store Supervisor to join The North Face team based in our Battersea store. In this role, you will act as the vital link between store management and the sales associates, driving service and sales.

Responsibilities
  • Support the management team to drive sales and profitability.
  • Coach and motivate the sales associates to deliver high levels of customer service, ensuring the store is always customer‑ready.
  • Maintain all retail operation standards in line with the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Ensure operational policies and procedures are respected.
  • Understand the store’s KPIs and play your part to ensure they are achieved.
Qualifications
  • Experience interacting with people and a strong customer‑service focus.
  • Set a great example for the team with hands‑on mentality, enthusiasm, and passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience.
  • Experience in opening and closing a store, taking responsibility and being in charge when necessary.
  • Retail background with fashion or lifestyle experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; knowledge of another language is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office and various POS systems.
  • Flexible to work weekends, evenings and holidays as required.
