As our Senior Customer Advisor, you'll be there right from the start as we open the door on a brand new store in Westfield London, elevating complex customer experiences with ease while supporting and guiding the wider team — ensuring a high touch service is consistently delivered and reflects our brand values. This is a great time to thrive in a fun and collaborative environment, providing a high touch customer experience to an all new audience.

You'll be supporting the Store Manager in maximising sales opportunities, using your warm and caring approach, to build lasting relationship with a customer inspired approach.

You will be part of our knowledgeable and friendly team who are passionate about sharing their experience on skincare, our products, wellness, and therapies, giving expert advice to guide customers in finding the best products for their needs.

You’ll be a real people person, able to handle ever changing priorities with ease, naturally friendly and approachable with a caring attitude and comfortable to demonstrate products.
