Visual Merchandiser Specialist (Full Time), adidas White City Store, London Overview
Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets by ensuring the efficient and effective execution of the European visual merchandising direction in assigned store/stores.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate regularly with RVMM and Europe VM stakeholders, documenting VM in‑store feedback.
- Cascade RVMM information to store managers and staff through training and meetings.
- Participate in team meetings and huddles to understand needs and provide feedback to RVMM.
- Lead merchandising display: develop and implement bubble and micro plans, ensure compliance with European standards, manage windows, mannequins, lighting, cleanliness, and price communication.
- Create clear Shop‑In‑Shop presentations to emphasize category presentation.
- Order and correctly use In‑Store communication tools.
- Dress mannequins and place props correctly; apply and maintain brand retail and VM standards.
- Upload monthly VM compliance photos to the system.
- Provide commercial feedback and space‑vs‑sales analysis.
- Execute marketing activities aligned with marketing department, ensuring flawless implementation.
- Manage, lead and coach the visual merchandiser team, setting expectations, reviewing performance, and providing constructive feedback.
- Control equipment: return and store unused fixtures, mannequins, props and frames; manage fixtures to avoid damage.
- Attend VM team meetings; support quarterly showroom set‑up if requested; engage in development opportunities.
- Work basic hours Monday to Friday; adjust hours for campaign launches, layout changes, and out‑of‑store opportunities.
- Meet KPIs: commercial return, store standards & compliance, key relationships, advocacy of VM across channels.

- Secondary education or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 1 year dedicated VM experience.
- Good IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English.
- Good numeracy, literacy, verbal and written communication skills.
- Geographical mobility across the cluster.
