Seasonal Sales Associate

Available to work over the summer period 29th June - 9th August (

Start Date:

29th July – End Date: 9th August).

As a Sales Associate, you provide excellent and friendly service. You greet, qualify, recommend, and close every customer. You work in cooperation with the Store Manager and other associates to ensure customers’ needs are met and you are responsible for providing a safe working and shopping environment.

• Provide outstanding service that creates positive customer experience and loyalty.
• Demonstrate genuine desire to help customers.
• Establish and promote customer loyalty using company tools such as mailing list cards and customer books.
• Provide extra information and go the extra mile to satisfy the customer.
• Offer alternatives when a product is not available.
• Deal with complaints professionally by passing them to the manager.

• Hold outstanding knowledge of product quality and service.
• Excellent knowledge of trends, fabrics (composition, terminology, garment care, styles, etc.).
• Maximize product potential to create sales.

• Apply knowledge of business to grow sales.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager about what is selling.
• Build a regular client base.
• Be aware of best and slow sellers to improve general sales.

• Follow all procedures to maintain safety.
• Ensure aisles and stockroom are safe.
• Address unsafe behavior by associates.
• Follow loss prevention procedures.
  
  Take action to reduce shrink.
• Treat all associates and customers with respect.

• Minimum of 2 years progressive retail experience in a luxury or contemporary brand.
• Extensive experience delivering high level customer service in a brand retailer.
• Communicate honestly, openly, and constructively.
• Contribute to inclusive culture of diverse styles and talents heading toward a clear purpose.
• Demonstrate flexibility and innovation in reacting to changing business environment.
• Love working with international clients.

• Available to work evenings and weekends.
