Seasonal Client Advisor

WE ARE HIRING A SEASONAL CLIENT ADVISOR TO JOIN ONE OF OUR AMAZING STORES IN LONDON!

You will act as an ambassador for GANNI, working within our curated stores and reporting directly to the Store Manager. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences, supporting the team to meet KPI targets, and fostering the GANNI community through both in‑store and digital outreach.

• Ensure exceptional client experiences
• Deliver outstanding styling sessions
• Establish loyalty within the community
• Foster client outreach programs to drive footfall
• Strive to reach KPI targets and support a KPI‑driven environment
• Drive in‑store shopping events through your client database and establish programs to foster client relationships
• Secure all sales
• Maintain VM guidelines
• Manage stock in all aspects

• Background within a similar industry for at least 2 years
• Experience with sales and working within a results‑driven, goal‑oriented environment
• Understanding of omnichannel and omni‑commerce
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Fluent in English
